No insurance? No problem! We also provide a Private Pay Option

MORE CONFIDENTIALITY- When you use insurance to pay for therapy, your therapist is required to provide your diagnosis and treatment notes to your insurance company in order to get paid. This undermines the basic premise of therapy and also gives a lot more people access to private health information about you.

NO INSURANCE-DRIVEN TREATMENT PLANS-  When therapists take insurance, they are required to use treatment methods that are covered by your plan. This means they have less say in how to treat you based on your specific and individual needs. I customize treatment plans to the individual needs of my clients.

NO FOCUS ON DIAGNOSIS- As a clinician, I do not concentrate on your diagnosis but rather your symptoms that interfere with your daily functioning. Not taking insurance gives me the flexibility to do so.

UNLIMITED THERAPY SESSIONS- When using insurance, clients have access to a limited numbers of sessions, usually 12. It is very difficult to provide treatment in such short time span and clients are often left with partial treatment due to the time constraints.
